All members have passed the Basic Training Course and have satisfied a minimum of 24 hours to remain in good standing. The Leadership team has also taken further training within the CERT-framework and has satisfied a minimum of 60 hours to remain in good standing as an Active Member.

Liason between Citizens Corps, the City of Taylor and Taylor CERT Program, CERT Trainer. Specialized in First Aid and Triage, retired EMT.
Marketing & Media Manager, Instructor
CERT Basic Trainer and Citizen Class Lead Instructor. Webmaster. Social Media Controller. Specilized in water rescue. Responds to all media outlet requests for the Taylor CERT Program.
Taylor CERT Chaplin
To give spiritual or religious guidance when needed to CERT volunteers, first responders and the community. Specialized in Search and Rescue Operations.
Certifed to instruct Taylor CERT volunteers.
Planning Committee Secretary, Trainer
Parlimentarian and minutes recorder for the Taylor CERT planning committee
Planning Committee Treasurer
Coordinates all monies collected by Taylor CERT Program fundraisers and records financial reports for the Planning Committe, Taylor CERT Administrator and CERT Coordinator.
